Who actually processes my payments?
Core Payments is a Core Labs product. The processing itself runs through a licensed payment facilitator, which is the same model used by most modern software platforms that take payments.
Why is it built into my platform instead of a separate account?
So your payments, orders and records live in one system. You get one login, one support team, and deposits that already know which invoices they paid.
How do I get approved?
You complete a short online application with your business details and the bank account you want paid into. Card networks require this verification for every merchant before payments can be accepted.
What does it cost?
Processing rates depend on your business, your volume, and how your customers pay. You receive your rate in writing before you accept a single payment.
When do I get paid?
Funds are deposited to your business bank account on a regular schedule, which is confirmed during approval. Each deposit is itemized in your platform so you can see exactly what it includes.
Is my customers' card data secure?
Card numbers are collected and stored by our processing partner, not by your platform. Your systems keep a reference to the payment, never the card itself.
